About Encoded Maze

A dungeon crawler to help you learn morse code or visual braille. Some kids have gotten lost in a maze and, by going in after them, so have you. Follow the instructions to collect all the treasure, save the kids, and make it back.

Encoded Maze was submitted to the js13kGames 2019 competition by Johnny A.. It earned competition recognition. Like every js13k entry, the entire game — code, art, and audio — fits in 13 kilobytes, a constraint that rewards focused, clever design over bulk. Morse Sound was created using TinyMusic.js Built on the Ga game engine.
